Staff are friendly sau hello whenever I walk in and thank me for my donations and I find their prices very reasonable. And have noticed that they help a lady in a wheelchair by opening the door for her to enter the store and again when she leaves.
Nice place, worked there before so I know some of the staff but I hate being ordered as soon as I come in before even a single hello to get out because I have a collapsed e-scooter on me. Sure I was allowed to leave it at the counter but I was ordered instead of asked
This is my favourite Lifeline store in Townsville. Unfortunately the prices seem to have gone up and I don’t think $9.50 on an old raggedy secondhand top is reasonable. I can buy one brand-new for that price at Kmart. I don’t think they will be selling much of their stock that is now priced too high. Only buying from the $5 rack out the front these days. Such a shame.
New favourite op shop. Very friendly, found some great deals. Some op shops in town only have bad quality stuff, what makes you wonder, if the volunteers grab all the good things. These guys actually put nice things out for good prices.
