I use this as part of my regular walk circuit rather than to shop. Some staff are wonderful but others weird as they wander around mumbling and singing. I support and thank lifeline by being the only recipient of my donations.
A lovely little op shop that is worth a visit, the staff are friendly and there are many things to rummage through.
A nice charity shop with mostly reasonable prices and plenty of specials. There is a good selection and layout of books, clothes and tupperware here. It is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside so don't be fooled. It's much better than the red cross in the city. And a good op shop place to visit!
Nice open clean no frills store with quality stock. Prices are a bit higher than other opshops I visited whilst in Hobart but it's for a very good cause so fingers crossed it's all going to good use. Service was very good. Only qualm, which is a real pet peeve of mine, they have a stack of stuff at the front of the store they call the "vintage/retro section" however most of the items of interest are labelled Not For Sale (with large hand written signs that really detract from he displays). I think this is ridiculous, I understand they are making 'Shop Displays' but if they are for display only then the items are not indicative of anything that you can Actually Buy in the store anyway- if people are willing to purchase these items, they should sell them.
