This is my wife's 'go to' shop when we pass through Oamaru. The lady at the shop is extremely helpful and is always up for a chat. She even remembers us from an earlier visit. Real and genuine customer service not often found in this day and age. Worth checking out if passing through Oamaru. All ages catered for.
I stopped in at Hyde while visiting Oamaru from Melbourne. It is a beautiful shop, with an amazing range and friendly and warm staff. I found the perfect pair of black heels which I have been searching for everywhere! Highly recommend stopping in at this shop either in person or online
Lovely customer service, happy to help me out with an emergency order online. The dress came in less than 24/hr thanks to the team I spoke to over the phone who made it happen. So reliable and friendly. Thank you!
THIS TEAM!!!! Let me tell you, customer service was 100/10. I had been on a hunt for the perfect skirt, and I was stumped. These girls helped me and ordered one into the country for me! I have never felt so valued as a shopper! I will 1000% be returning for my luxury shopping xx (plus their Instagram is one to check out!).
10/10 for customer service! Ordered a Saben bag that was unfortunately out of stock but they ordered it in for me- there were a few delays but they kept me updated the entire time and ensured that it was shipped out to me as soon as they received it. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, thanks team! 🤩
