Came from out of town and visited the store today. Love the new layout with clothing in size sections which makes things way more user friendly. Sections labelled well and clearly marked. Staff were super helpful. Good, fair prices and huge selection and variety of stock. Relaxing shopping experience. Scored some awesome bargains. However definitely needs a second till running for busy periods. Will definitely be back again.

I have read some of the reviews and cant believe the awful comments people make. Swanson Road Hospice has always been a happy friendly place for me, Any opportunity Im dropping in to have a browse, the bargains and the prices are great, I know that the staff are busy, but still have a moment to help you out for anything. Christmas was an exceptionally busy time there, it was full of customers,, I imagine families seeking gifts for presents, I bought Xmas decorations and lights, plus a Xmas tree. The Staff worked there right up to Xmas Eve and back to open up few days later, I know because I was back there to buy more decorations. Most of the Staff are Volunteers I found out. Im going back again for my Retail therapy. I come out feeling happy Ive bought something and it didnt cost much. Im sending best wishes, and huge thanks to the Hospice Staff for giving me a great place to go to.

♿ Wheelchair entryway A large indoor warehouse With men women children baby clothing of all sorts . I bought men's ties for $1.00 each Well priced also with huge choices of household items books etc.. Clean tidy and well stocked Nice volunteer service. Parking outside can get busy Street parking available. EFTPOS I believe no surcharge on paywave.
