I love this op shop, as the people there are extremely friendly. Everything I offer to donate they accept. Its a lovely place with huge character. You can always find something special to take home with you aswell, which I love. I only donate here. Best hospice shop in Auckland!!! :)
My wife Jenni went into the Helensville hospice shop today to donate a variety of goods as we are unexpectedly having to downsize significantly. The staff could not have been kinder even though they were obviously very busy being almost Christmas. Rochelle was apparently just an angel and so compassionate and caring. Cannot recommend the hospice and its staff enough. 5 stars and would give more if we could.
What a Great Store to find that special item. I would like to thank The Hospice Shop for making Christmas affordable with good quality items . The Staff are really friendly and helpful. Cannot thank them enough.
I love going to the Helensville Hospis for things I need or just retail therapy. The staff there are friendly and nice. Or though there is one lady who is a paid worker there who is rude and does not have very good customer service skills and because of these experiences I am apprehensive and avoid going to this store and I do not want to be confronted by her again.
Love this store, we’ll stocked and friendly staff. Great prices and I always find some goodies when I stop in.
