Generally have a good experience here but was a little off put when I came to the counter today with a pair of shoes they decided were too good of quality to be the standard price. Singular shoes are on display when they cost more but these were a pair & the cashier decided on the spot that that must be incorrect . A woman came with a second opinion & was quite abrupt about them “ definitely being more than standard price “ im well aware that people remove price tags but didn’t appreciate the insinuation as both shoes were out so the oversight was on the store , not me . As a person that spends money here weekly this has left quite a bitter taste .Also the first time I’ve had a $20 note checked for being counterfeit at this shop
Love this op shop, nice staff, pricing is sometimes nuts but otherwise good for odd craft bits n bobs.
> Been here a couple of times now and I’d definitely go back. They’ve got some flashy high-end pieces, but also heaps of genuinely good stuff at really reasonable prices. It looks small from the outside, but once you’re in it opens up like a TARDIS — way bigger than you expect. I live nowhere near it, but I always try to swing by if I’m in the general area. Worth a look.
This is probably one of my favourite Op Shops. The people working there are always so lovely, and they have really good quality stuff, and good pricing.
Wonderful people working here. A bright and friendly location. I am moving house and had many clothing and household items including books that needed rehoming. They were very good at communicating details around condition of items to donate, what can and can’t be donated, basically everything I needed to know. They were friendly and helpful right from the start and the hard-working staff here have made this a great shop for second-hand goods. The shop is easy to access with good parking nearby.
