We had another fantastic Lunch Club yesterday. Our seniors were treated to bacon and egg pie followed by the usual selection of delicious desserts from GBB. A big thanks to author Adrienne Joyce who did a fascinating talk on how she moved a house from St Heliers to Mangawhai on a barge. Adrienne has written a successful children's book based on the experience and she shared lots of amazing photos of how the impressive move happened. If you are interested in attending next months Lunch Club which takes place on Monday November 2nd, please email admin@highburyhouse.org.nz
