Amazing lifeline shop with lots of quirky finds. Large range of books and clothes organised by sized. Prices were either dirt cheap as or weirdly expensive - luckily everything I wanted was a bargain Staff were lovely, helped find what I was looking for.
I only checked this place out because of the huge amount of bad reviews given by other people. I am biased to thinking big op shop charities are overcharging. Do I think other people were a bit harsh? Perhaps. Did I find some prices over inflated? Yes. But I guess it depends on what you're looking for. Unfortunately, there has been a huge uptake in online resellers. And they are getting their stock from somewhere. Previous people who reviewed gave no examples of what their issues are. I generally only look at clothing or homewares, so if those people are looking at furniture, maybe prices are high. Two things I found that I think were too expensive. A basket. A plain basket with the tag still on was priced at $20. A quick google search had me finding you can get them brand new in a nice store of even online for that price. A small version of a mantle type clock. They priced at $250. It is covered in dust, is filthy dirty too. You know, if they cleaned it up, they could argue that, but it's quite grotty looking. This is not a pretty looking boutique type store, I can't justify these prices in a location of this type.
