Thank you for the opportunity to have a rack in your store over the past two weeks. I’m happy to say I had a few items sell, which is always great to see—even if not everything moved, which I completely understand. I’d love to offer some constructive feedback based on my experience, particularly around promotion. My rack was featured on Instagram once, and then again after I specifically requested a second post. Interestingly, that second post led directly to a sale, which shows just how effective social media visibility can be in driving interest. I completely appreciate that your space operates as a walk-in concept. However, I did notice that some other racks received multiple posts or stories over the same period. From what I’ve seen with similar consignment or pop-up concepts, regular and consistent exposure—especially through Instagram walkthroughs or features—makes a noticeable difference. Some even showcase entire new racks as they arrive, giving followers a preview of what’s in store and building excitement. It might be helpful to consider a more consistent approach to featuring all racks, perhaps even a quick video walk-through when a new rack is set up and a few reposts throughout the duration. This could ensure every seller gets equal visibility and maximize the chances of stock moving. Kim and her team are amazing! I've had my first rack the last two weeks and she's done so well advertising and communicating with myself and customers. My clothes were looked after and Kim goes above and beyond to help customers as shoppers and renters. All of their tips and tricks helped me have a successful rack so I made significantly more than the cost of the rack rental.

A great spot to buy great second hand or even new clothing from people wanting to clean out their wardrobe. Lots of great buys here- most things are very reasonably priced and I was surprised at how many racks they fit in. There was so many clothes!! I love how they included what sizes were on the racks so it was easy to find clothes that were the perfect fit.

A great discovery - quality clothes at good prices. Just bought a silk top and a cotton top for $25 and considering what of my bulging wardrobe to bring in to sell on my own rented rack! Great concept, perfect position on High St Northcote with easy parking nearby.
