Great selection of items but my favourite area is the special crafting zone with a massive set of drawers with sewing and knitting patterns, haberdashery and fabric.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hato Hone St John store on Rutherford Street. The shop is clean, tidy, and really well-organised, making it easy to browse. I was impressed by the high-quality selection they had, all at very reasonable prices. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it feels great knowing that my purchase goes directly to supporting the amazing work St John does in the Nelson community. I'll definitely be back!
Popped in today and honestly, the staff were so lovely – friendly, helpful, and just good energy all around. Ended up finding the most gorgeous black playsuit and a pink sports bra, absolute steals. The store’s tidy, well laid out, and you can tell they actually care about what they do. Such a good vibe in here, definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!
