A local community op shop not far from home. Jam packed with all sorts of treasures and for some a true treasure trove and genuinely well loved by all. No treasures for me today though, as I felt a lot of the clothing was very over priced. I overheard two workers commenting on the amount of clothing they had, but I thought maybe they would turnover quicker with lower pricing. Just because it’s vintage, old or a brand name doesn’t mean it needs to be priced high. Lower the prices and you’ll thrive.
This place is well located just outside the IGA and you can’t miss it if you enter through from the main car park. The staff here are always on the move ensuring the place is as tidy as possible. Someone is served and new stock is on rotation. Couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication to keeping a charity shop open. The manager is open to employing anyone who is willing, trustworthy and able.. and she is always up for a chat. Highly recommend paying a visit and finding something you may like!
Great op shop, lots of stock, excellent prices. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Support a compassionate social enterprise that provides opportunities for work experience for people who might struggle to find somewhere to develop skills and confidence elsewhere.
A big shout out to the lovely ladies who run this hidden gem tucked away in the suburbs. There was a lot of great things to look at and unearth, I honestly could have spent my whole afternoon here. Service with a smile was the cherry on top! Top tip: please support your independent op shop as we need to keep these community shops open and thriving!
The Good Job Opp shop is more than just an op shop to us, it's a treasure trove of excitement for our boys. The staff go above and beyond to cater to their interests and treat them with dignity and respect and a fun experience Every visit from suburbs away is a highlight, and we never leave without finding something special and having a wonderful time. The service is exceptional, friendly, and playful, making the trip well worth it. Highly recommend this gem of an op shop! From costumes to shoes, toys , dress ups clothes for all seasons, accessories, bits and pieces it’s just an absolute treasure box They have a fantastic range of a large variety of goods located @ diamond village plenty of parking this is a great one to put on your to do list it’s a must see Best opp shop second hand shop in northern suburbs hands down Thank you good job op shop.
