Unbelievable number of books for sale at a reasonable price and the staff are very friendly.
Arguably the definition of a hidden gem. A used book shop with an incredibly wide range in Gloucester. Who'd have thunk? There were some fiction authors available that I haven't seen in bigger places. Staff were super friendly and the prices were very, very generous. Add on that they operate as charity is a cherry on top. There should be more places like this everywhere.
Staff are lovely! I spend ages looking through all the books. DVDs and jigsaw puzzles too! The books they have cover a huge variety of interests. I was lucky to find an old Bushranger book. So added that to my collection.
Always visit here with my wife when passing through or just a special trip to Gloucester. Huge range of 2nd hand books at a very reasonable price. Run by knowledgeable volunteers and the money goes back to the needy in the community. Well done ladies 👍🏻
