Absolutely horrible. I purchased a 25kg box of what was supposed to be 1950s/1960s/1970s vintage dresses (INV No. 5320). I got 67 dresses - almost 30 of them were not vintage at all (they included Shein dresses) or were not from the era I ordered. Worse still, though, was the quality of the dresses. 20 of the dresses were so damaged that they cannot be saved - there were oil/grease stains, wine stains, mould, glue marks, burn marks, tears and rips, unusable zips etc. Everything smelt like cigarette smoke. The remaining dresses were also stained and damaged but I am trying to repair/dye them in an attempt to make back some of my wasted money. From what I can see from the other negative reviews below, quality issues are not rare for this company - I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I ordered. When I contacted French Fripe, the company would not provide a refund and repeatedly insisted on a video call to 'understand our differences.' When I finally agreed but said that I would record the call (which is legal in my state), they suddenly didn't want to. I am lodging a complaint with the ACCC.
