The $10 “take anything you like” concept is a great idea and very affordable. However, when we visited on 14 March, it was quite difficult to come across anything particularly interesting, and we ended up only taking a few plates. The baby toys section was especially disappointing, with very limited useful or appealing options. One small suggestion would be to avoid putting already-used children’s drawing books on the shelves, as they are unlikely to be taken and may just sit there for a long time. Overall, it’s a great concept, but the experience can really depend on what’s available on the day. However, if you’re a book lover, you might really enjoy this place, as there seemed to be a good selection of books.

A nice op shop that you should visit. You pay $10 to get whatever you can hold. You can also get one bracelet or a cute decoration. The furniture will have a different price, but still much, much cheaper. It has all things from clothes, utensils, to books. The quantity and quality are definitely worth more than $10. The staff was nice and friendly/ The store is not very big, but everything is well organized.

I came to this shop today and i have to strongly disagree with the people in this review section who wasn't satisfied. This is a different concept and some people don't seem to understand it. These are still useful things that are in the shop even if they're not brand new. I took home clothes, plates, some beautiful jewelry and toys for my kids today. Customer service is best in Lower Hutt let me tell you that much. I'm going to come back because i appreciate it.

It’s a nice concept and a fair price to get anything you can carry, however there wasn’t a lot of good quality items this time. I understand it’s because it’s all donated they’re not a retail store which is a fantastic idea. The ticket items aren’t that great I feel like they should be better quality for the ticket items vs the floor items. It’s a very well organised place, super easy to find everything, I’d say a good chunk of the store is books so if you’re a book lover this would be a great place to have a look in. Overall it was a fun experience and I’d recommend checking it out regularly to see all the new donations, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure!

Great concept and executed well. Good range to pick through and value to find. Suggest going through their FB page to get an idea of what it’s like before going in. This isn’t like other thrift stores and it looks like they’ve had poor reviews from people who didn’t understand the concept of the store. Customer service was awesome
