The gate staff are nice. The recycling area is chaos. The grumpy men in this area almost seem to hate people asking questions. Some bins are not well labelled. On the weekend there is usually a big line of cars. These guys just stand there being unhelpful. If they had better signage maybe it would flow faster.

My wife and I visited the centre today (3/2/26) to dispose of some general waste - an old blanket/ toy box we have had for many years and used by our children who are now in their 50s. It was a very easy process and the help of the young man at the entry and the young lady at the disposal point was just a great example of people who care and who enjoy their job. Thanks to you all.

Well laid out, easy to navigate thanks to the coloured line (based on waste/recycling), great guidance from the staff on where to go, park and lane to exit. I had recycling, followed the yellow line, lady asked me what I had and gave me direction on where to park, continued to follow the yellow line after emptying the car, guy asked if I dumped anything else, (no), then gave me a token and directed me to the left lane. Inserted token, barrier lifted and I exited. In and out in under 5mins, no charge.
