I had such a lovely experience shopping at Ekoluv and couldn't recommend it more. I recently purchased my very first Chanel bag: a Chanel Classic Medium Double Flap in lambskin with 24k gold hardware and Emily made the whole experience feel incredibly special. She is so kind, warm and genuine, and from the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. The boutique is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing selection of authentic luxury pieces in excellent condition. Emily has a fantastic eye for sourcing exceptional pieces, and it's clear how much care and attention she puts into everything she offers. What I appreciated most was that there was never any pressure to buy. Emily took the time to answer all of my questions, gave honest advice when I wanted it, and gave me the time and space to make my decision. She genuinely wants her customers to find the right piece and feel confident in their purchase. Buying my first Chanel was such a memorable milestone, and I'm so grateful Emily was part of that experience. Love this boutique so much such friendly staff Emily the owner was always so helpful, my Stuart Weitzman boots and my Mui Mui red heels sold quickly and at a great price. Payment was prompt and I had a delightful experience consigning here and I’m looking forward to bringing in more items to resell. I also used some credit from one of my sold pieces toward a longchamp bag so I definitely felt like guilt free shopping and great to keep things circular. I highly recommend consigning your luxury designer items here, thanks so much again Emily and team!
I had the pleasure of meeting Emily, the owner of Ekolove, the other day when I happened to walk past with my mum — completely by chance. When I say I had the best experience, I mean the BEST EXPERIENCE in customer service! She was so kind and down-to-earth — you can tell she truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about every person who walks through her door. Anyone who’s met her would absolutely agree. We also had the pleasure of meeting the beautiful Cynthia and Mable, who both brought such positive energy and were incredibly helpful. Not to mention, their store has the most beautiful selection — a mix of high-end vintage treasures and sustainable modern fashion. Their dress hire room is absolutely stunning, filled with pieces for every occasion (so many incredible Zimmermann pieces, too!). I ended up purchasing the most beautiful nude-pink Coach bag and left feeling so inspired. It makes me so happy to know I’m supporting a business that truly cares about its customers and the planet. I have to say, it’s really rare to find customer service like this — the girls there are just incredible! I highly recommend visiting Ekolove — I’ll truly remember that day and can’t wait to come back. Ekolove is honestly one of Sydney’s best hidden gems. ❤️❤️
Shopping at EKOLUV was such a fantastic experience! The store is beautifully curated with so many incredible designer pieces – it’s clear a lot of love and care goes into everything. Cynthia was an absolute standout. She’s not only super helpful and knowledgeable, but also such a genuinely lovely person. Her warm, welcoming energy made the whole experience even better.
