Small little hole-in-the-wall op shop. Quite cramped & packed full of furniture/large tables with stuff spread over them. Some feedback: you could get rid of those large bulky tables & get some upright shelving which would be easier to access for customers. It will help you sell more stock. Staff we’re quite rude & uninterested. They just seemed to stare at people & not interact or show interest in a customer untill they came to the counter to pay for their goods. Even then, from observation they didn’t even properly conversate with a customer at checkout… they said like 3 words the entire way through checkout. Not very good customer service. All staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Might be time to rotate staff through different roles in the store.
Great little op shop. Might miss it if you blink. Enough of a different range of stock for everyone to find something. First few times I visited this shop, it seemed to have a much happier kind of vibe. The pricing has definitely increased quite a bit. As an op shop its worth a look. But there are better value options available
