I visited my local cash converters store this morning. The store was clean and tidy. I was greeted by a lovely staff member named Skye. I then went to the buys and loans counter to loan on some goods and had a wonderful chat with Daniel and Jamie. Both very friendly and i highly recommend. Many thanks, Jarrod A ++
Decent stock, staff are very helpful in assisting and answering product enquiries and willing to negotiate on pricing.
First time selling anything and the staff were amazing. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful chat while sorting through my pile of games. Even ended up with a little more than I expected. The store is very clean and well organised. Definitely reccomend checking them out!
I had a great experience at Cash Converters Ballarat.thanks to Lee. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Lee took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me a fair deal, and made the whole transaction smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service – I’ll definitely come back again and recommend Lee to others

About this shop
Cash Converters Ballarat suits a targeted second-hand search more than an op-shop fossick. The commercial store buys and sells goods, with electronics, games and related items forming a dependable part of the range, and it also provides pawn and loan services. Shoppers describe the floor as clean and organised and staff as willing to discuss products and prices. Stock is individually assessed and also appears online.
