This review is for the Sashiko-Inspired Hand Mending Workshop held by Yeni at the Recovery Centre. We had the best time and can really recommend!
Awesome place. Unbelievably low prices. Great for 2nd hand building materials. Seems to be very popular with local tradies. I keep going back every time I am in the area. Even plan special trips to go there even though it's almost a 2hr drive each way.
If you want high quality rubbish, where else to come but the Byron tip? Oil paintings by known artists, lithographs and etchings - discarded for their frames - a locally made longboard with a McTavish fin. It's got to be the home of the next "antiques road show" million dollar find. Bargain prices and friendly staff make it a great day out for the whole family.
Good afternoon I live in a cul-de-sac in bangalow a little boy across the road whose highlight of the week is watching the big trucks pick the garbage up, today a lovely moment that makes you feel so happy the driver emptying the yellow bins gave this little boy a tiny little garbage bin with a yellow lid, he was so excited he could hardly tell me the story, so cheers to that lovely man
