Austin Health Op Shop in Diamond Creek is an absolute gem! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always making you feel right at home as you browse. The prices are very reasonable, which makes it easy to find great bargains while supporting a good cause. The store is well-maintained, and there’s always something new and interesting to discover. It’s definitely one of my favorite local op shops!

I have so many good memories here, great stuff, refreshed often, decent prices and friendly staff. I will say that the kinds toy section is inaccessible due to the aisles being to small to fit a wheelchair, some of the racks are tightly spaced but are movable, the changing room is tiny and the back entrance is graveled, sometimes I’ve had my car gated in and there are only a few parking spaces. There is a ramp that leads up to a back area which is great but the converted patio has a step down to get onto and is narrow so it would be unable to fit a wheelchair. I believe there is a small bump to get in the door though most wheelchairs can get over it with or without assistance. The parking out the front also doesn’t have a curb cut and the closest is in front of the real estate shop from what I remember which is dangerous that you’ll be so close to the traffic.
