Have been donating clothes and shoes to this store for many years. Recently, I popped in several pairs of good shoes (brand new), bought at incorrect sizes from overseas which they don't want them returned. I was quite shocked when they told me they don't want any shoes as they had too many on hand already. I said, "What"? You're refusing to take good quality items which will be very helpful to people out there - reduce the prices or give them away. After some insistence from my part, they eventually agreed to take them. Maybe there is some other way to put such things in the hands of those who need them (there are many homeless out there) and for free.

All the ladies staff that day were friendly including Ms Hoda, Cathy, Sonia and Amy. The place was well-lit, well-organised and admirably clean . Also, they put out season-appropriate clothes on the racks which is good .
