We are so grateful to Raja and David for going above and beyond to help us. Our daughter’s helium balloon accidentally floated all the way up to the shopping centre ceiling. It may seem like a small thing, but the balloon meant a lot to our little girl. Raja and David were incredibly kind, quick-thinking, and resourceful. Thanks to their teamwork and determination, they managed to retrieve the balloon and return it to us, making our daughter (and us!) so happy. A big thank you as well to Jade, who answered my call for help and immediately arranged for Raja and David to assist us. Her prompt response and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Exceptional customer service from all three of them. Thank you for turning what could have been a disappointing moment into a wonderful memory. They are a real credit to the team!
