Went to visit this place yesterday morning and when you walk in THE WHOLE PLACE REEKED OF CIGARETTES!!! As if there were workers smoking behind the back wall where they probably sort everything! It was so disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have asthma there is no airflow what so ever! Obviously from the thickness of the air with the cigarettes. The reason I came here is because of a TikTok I recently watched, they were saying that the “customer service was so good” ,“everything is so cheap” and blah blah blah this was not the case! the Indian behind the counter never once greeted me or my sister and the Māori looking Lady who looked like she was on the come downs kept following my sister around the place! At least ask if she needs anything for goodness sakes!! This place is waaay to over hyped! Rip off! Probably the only cheap thing there is the toilet paper! Other than that I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time coming here! AND also I’m pretty sure they would’ve seen that they went viral and increased their prices by the looks of the sign at the front when you walk in! What a joke! I’ve never EVER paid more than 50c for baby clothes at my op shop and will only EVER support them! This is not the go.

Love this place, the staff are friendly, plenty of variety and really well priced, got these great boots for $6. :)
