I love the shop, you can get some good bargains. But yesterday l was in the shop with my grandson and daughter. We were in the toy section as most people going to an op shop does with a 3 year old. We let him choose his toy making sure to pick up any toy that he decided he didn't want and put back on the shelves. When a lady that worked there, came over and said these toys are not for playing with they are for sale. You have disorganised the shelf and people won't but the toys if they are not set up nicely. I was totally shocked and didn't know what to say. I paid for the stuff, which included the toy my grandson had picked. I am utterly disgusted that another human being could have treated paying customers like that. Needless to say we will not be back and l will be letting everyone l know that this is not a kid friendly place. I know that charity shops are volunteers, but if you treat customers like that you won't have any customers

A fantastic op shop! Clothing is clean and racked in male/female/kids and displayed in sizes and colours. Lots to offer and really good prices. They have shoes too. Heaps of jewellery, watches, brooches etc. Kitchen and household items. The shed out the back has recently opened and displays the larger items and furniture and hardware items including tools, gadgets and some plants. There is a massive selection of DVDS and books and even old vinyl records. Something for everyone! The staff are friendly and happy to help. Will definitely visit ADRA Op Shop in Mount Gambier again. #opshop #recycledclothing #secondhand
Absolutely love coming to this second hand store! So many great baby clothes and lots of assorted clothing! Sandra one of the staff members is amazing and always pleasant and helpful! Five stars for sure!
The girls here are absolutely fantastic with a great sense of humor...ohh nearly forgot the reason why i went in ..they have a really good selection of clothes plus trinkets ....i bought some beautiful dresses ..now you watch the weather will turn to cold
