I bought a second-hand bike from here last year and it is honestly the best investment I ever made! The bike was in great condition and rides really well! 😊 I recently sustained a flat to my back tyre. I rode over to the workshop to see if I could get some help with the repair. Steve was so helpful and accommodating and showed me step by step how to replace the tube, as well as provided me with a puncture repair kit to repair my old tube. The service was great and the price was very reasonable! Thank you Steve, for your time and expertise.

I want to clarify that I never said no service was provided — my issue is with how the interaction was handled. I was looking at a bike and noticed that some original parts were being removed without explaining why. While I was still considering the purchase, I was suddenly told I could no longer buy it. This left both me and my child confused and disappointed. It’s one thing to offer advice, but it’s another to shut down the sale mid-discussion. The experience felt unfair and unnecessary.
