Depending on what day you go there and what mood the staff in all depends on your experience there, I’ve had good interactions there then I can’t even get a simple hello back and get looked down on I feel. Know use have had allot go on there but need to sort your customer service out.
Lovely gentleman came to collect my secondhand items. It was an evening collection and it ended up being quite late but he did keep me informed of his arrival time and any delays. Great friendly service.
Theres this guy who works there whos tattooed and wears a hat, he's incredibly rude and weird. Not sure its normal to raise your voice at customers because they didnt see the sign saying to buzz you in. When went to the counter to pay for my things, he stood there sorting through paperwork for 30 seconds before ringing me up, after looking at me confused. I guess they're not used to people actually buying anything
Great experience with A1 Stuff. Bought two surfboards, super friendly service and a very fair negotiated price. Easy, smooth deal. Highly recommend!
