I always enjoyed this store but after today I might not return not for a while anyway picked up a dress to buy had $10 on it I was like a little steep but ok because of the brand I like the quality although I saw SHEIN dresses with $10 also and quality on them is terrible anyway it had some staining on it I thought I’ll see if I can get that out if they lower the price. Anyway walked up said can you do it cheaper because of the stain and they its on the tag as is I’m like ok I’ll leave it and then I was told it shouldn’t of gone out anyway I was happy to pay at a cheaper price to try and get the stain out as I like the dress. And then I was offered $5 I took it for that because I knew it would just get thrown out. I’ve volunteered for over 20 years in small and big op shops so i would have been more upset it was made into rags. I hopefully will want to return there again and have a better experience

Friendly staff. Good range of items. Tidy store. Sadly like most op shops though. Prices of donated goods are getting dearer. I think warrnambool salvos has spoilt me lol
